You can return the product within 15 days. In order for the return to be accepted, the basic condition is that the product is in excellent condition with all its cards and is accompanied by the corresponding purchase document.
The cost of returning the product is charged to the customer, who can choose any shipping he wishes.
The new product is shipped free of charge.
- Refunds are made upon consultation and the return costs are borne by the customer.
